Tapping sequence - my happiness in my loved ones happiness

 *Karate chop*: Even though, I feel happy only when I see my loved ones happy; I still love and accept myself. Even though, I feel responsible for the happiness of my loved ones; and I cant feel happy if I dont see them happy; I still love and accept myself. Even though, the purpose of my life is to make my loved ones happy and comfortable and I feel i am fulfilling my purpose only when I see them happy all the time; I still love and accept myself.

*Eyebrows*: I am happy when my loved ones are happy.

*Temple* : I cannot be happy when I don't see them comfortable.

*Under your eye*: My happiness is their happiness.

*Under your nose*: Their happiness is my happiness.

*Chin*: My propose is their happiness.

*Under your collar bone*: I will go upto any extent to make them happy.

*Under you arms*: Even if I have to sacrifice or get irritated in the process.

*Thumb*: I have to make them happy.

*Index finger*: I need to make them happy.

*Middle finger*: Its my responsibility to keep them happy.

*Little finger*: i cant feel happy if i feel I haven't done enough to keep them happy all the.time.

*Karate chop*: I still deeply and completely love and accept myself.


*Karte Chop*: Even though, I used to feel that I can't be happy if I dont see my loved ones happy, that was then, this is now.…. I am open to the possibility of feeling happy anyway.

*Top of your head*: I am open to the possibility of choosing happiness now.

*Eyebrows*: I am open to the possibility of feeling happy in the efforts that I put.

*Temple*: I am open to the possibility of feeling happy for who I am.

*Under your eye*: I am open to the possibility of ignoring things that dont contribute in my happiness.

*Under your nose*: I am open to the possibility of allowing myself to feel whatever I want to feel without resistance. Knowing that emotions are what humans are made of and i am allowed to feel everything.

*Chin*: Suppose somehow, I did not have to try so hard to feel and look happy.

*Collarbone*: Suppose somehow, I could just allow all the feelings to flow through me. And still feel happiness.

*Under you arms*: And maybe when I could feel happiness with ease, I could be in a better position to contribute in my loved one's happiness.

*Thumb*: And maybe when I understand myself and my feelings better, I will be in a better position to address my loved one's feelings too.

*Index*: And maybe, if my loved ones sees me in charge of my feelings and emotions, they might get motivated by me and choose happiness for themselves too.

*Middle finger*: Happiness for me.

*Little finger*: Happiness for my loved ones.

*Karate chop*: I deeply, profoundly and completely love and accept myself. ❤️
